Head of Product

Medorion is developing a SaaS engagement platform that helps healthcare organizations to drive their members to act on important health decisions such as Cancer Screening, Vaccinations, Prescription Abandonment, Retention, Telehealth, and more. Using advanced AI techniques and behavioral science we can discover hidden insights and unclassified barriers to action in target populations. Our SaaS platform then provides healthcare organizations with an intuitive and straightforward solution that allows them to use these insights to personalize, streamline, and optimize all communications to their members. The product has repeatedly shown ROI, both financially and clinically in the US and Israel, in a market that is traditionally cumbersome with managed services.

 

What you’ll be doing:

As Medorion’s Director of Product you will report to our CPO, master the business needs of key stakeholders and SMEs, and transform that knowledge into market strategy and product roadmaps. We are looking for a results-oriented, energetic, hands-on, and highly-motivated individual with a genuine curiosity about healthcare organization's business needs, strong technical orientation, deep SaaS experience, and ability to productize Medorion’s vision. 

Responsibilities

  • Take a major role in defining Medorion’s vision and executing it as a product
  • Master the business needs of executives and SMEs in the health insurance space
  • Explore MVPs that drive value to customers, execute and measure them
  • Transition MVPs to a product roadmap that implements vision and strategy
  • Work with R&D teams to build the product and CS that implement it
  • Work with marketing to refine unique value propositions
  • Own market competition aspects
  • Contribute with Medorion C-level executives on go-to-market strategies
  • Build and lead the product management team

What you should bring with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • A proven track record of leading complex software/SaaS products
  • Experience in providing value to large and complex enterprise organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English (native speaker is an advantage)
  • Experience with digital health or enterprise-grade SaaS products is a very big advantage
